    The Bentley Hotel is a 5 Star Luxury Hotel based in London, with 64 rooms and suites.  Historically, the hotel had an old phone system which was not compatible with IP channels so they were still using old style ISDN for their phone lines. These phone lines (ISDN) were subject to the Openreach Copper line ISDN Switch off and required upgrading to a secure, reliable, and scalable phone system, compatible with IP.

    Our recommendation was a 3CX system, as it was the best solution to utilise the existing analogue devices in the rooms.  It also future proofed their phone system by giving them an IP Voice product to use that was not at risk being as part of the Openreach PSTN/ISDN Switch Off.

    Ideally the hotel wanted a secure, scalable solution that was not disruptive to their guests during installation and did not require their existing cabling infrastructure to be relaced.  MFTS deployed an ATA (Analogue Terminal Adapter) to link their existing analogue devices to the 3CX Phone System.
