We have a long-standing loyal customer base due to our ethical approach to business.
We have 2 new vacancies to join our sales and engineering teams. The role will be to develop relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and close deals. We will rely on you to keep our existing clients happy and handle new incoming leads from start to completion.
Preferred skills:
Experience of Microsoft suite of products, IT security products such as Sophos or SentinelOne, cloud technology.
Previous experience as an Account Manager, and ideally new business development would be beneficial.
The Package:
Competitive salary + 5% to 10% on going commission, ALL the time the client remains with us and in contract. This can build into a large increase in salary.
Regular social evenings and activities with the team
Full product training.
Remote working as required.
The Role:
Upsell / Cross sell to existing customers
Account management of existing customers
Dealing with new business enquiries – Understand requirement and formulate a quote, advise of upsell / cross sell opportunities
Handover completed sales to Service team to onboard

We have a long-standing loyal customer base due to our ethical approach to business. We now require someone to join our IT team; someone who is enthusiastic and has previous experience or training to help across the business.
The Package:
Location: Tunbridge Wells with flexible home working
Salary: £28-£34k DOE with excellent career growth opportunities
Holiday: 22 days per year, plus bank holidays
Hours: 830 am – 5pm

Key Requirements:
Microsoft 365 product suite including AzureAD, Intune, and Sharepoint
Installation and configuration of Windows server 2012, 2019, and 2022
Good knowledge/understanding of Hyper-V virtualisation technology
Excellent troubleshooting skills, with clear documentation and admin to support.
Good knowledge of Windows operating system diagnostics.
Excellent admin skills with a keen eye for detail in working through projects.
Networking: switches, routers, and access points
